Meta Prosper x HBX
‘Love in Translation’ Exhibition 

During the month of May 2023, Meta Prosper︎︎︎ and Hypebeast︎︎︎ curated a group exhibition titled, Love in Translation. Curated by Connie Chweh, the exhibition delved into the unique experiences of parental love within the AAPI community. I was chosen as one of the seven artists whose work was displayed at the HBX Store︎︎︎ in New York City.

I made an original artwork for this gallery show exploring how I’ve navigated my peculiar and entertaining relationship with my parents. It is similiar to that of a pot of boiling water which both hardens eggs and softens potatoes.
